Tortilla Pinwheels

2 packages (8-ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup minced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimentos, well drained
3 to 4, 10-inch flour tortillas

Beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. Add green pepper, celery, onions and pimentos. Mix well. Spread about 3/4 cup of mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1/2-inch pieces to serve.
