Tortilla Roll Ups

Fat free cream cheese, sour cream and 99 percent fat free Hillshire Farm honey ham may be substituted for a reduced fat alternative.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
Budding honey ham
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix. Spread on large tortilla. Layer ham on top of mixture, about four slices (may substitute other thin-sliced meat). Top with cheese. Roll up and hold together with toothpick. Refrigerate over night. Slice to about 1/2-inch thick and serve.

After nearly six years in operation at the mall, Care Center employees are upset by UMC's decision. The center is used by 700 to 800 people each month.
