Aunt Sharron's Sugarless Apple Pie

4 cups Delicious apples, peeled and sliced
8 ounces frozen apple juice
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2-crust for 8 inch pie
Heat apple juice in saucepan over medium heat. Add cornstarch and stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Add apple slices. Stir to coat. Layer into one pie crust. Top with apples. Top with second crust. Crimp edges. Cut slits in top crust. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes.
