Impossible Taco Pie

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package (1.4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
1 can (4 ounces) can chopped green chilies, drained
3/4 cup Bisquick original baking mix
1-1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup Colby cheese or Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

Fry ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in seasoning and put mixture in pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies. Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
