Spinach Quiche

1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, cooked and drained
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 9-inch Pet Ritz unbaked crust

Mix spinach, cheese, flour, milk and eggs. Sprinkle half the bacon in bottom of pie crust. Pour in egg mixture. Top with remaining bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until a knife cut in center comes out clean.
