Hollyberry Fruit Dip

Ingredients

1 tub (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Karo light corn syrup
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cranberries, chopped
1 tablespoon grated orange peel

Instructions

In a small bowl, using a wire whisk or mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, syrup and sugar until fluffy. Blend in sour cream. Fold in cranberries and orange peel Chill. Serve with fresh fruit dippers including apples, pears, pineapple or short bread cookies.
