Baked Spinach Balls

Ingredients

3 boxes (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach
1 box Stove-Top stuffing mix for pork
1 medium onion, minced
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Cook and drain (squeeze) spinach. Combine all ingredients and mix completely. Roll into 1-inch balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. To make ahead, freeze balls on wax paper on cookie sheet. Place in freezer bag when frozen. Thaw when ready to use and bake.
