Pork Chops in a Crock

Can probably put in 9x13-inch pan and cover and bake in oven.

Ingredients

6-8 lean pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons oil
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) chicken and rice soup

Instructions

Dredge chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. May sprinkle with paprika. Place browned chops in slow cooker. Add can of soup. Cover and cook low 6-8 hours or increase last few hours on high.
