Pecan Butterballs

1 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups finely chopped pecans

Cream butter and add honey gradually. Add flour, salt and vanilla. Mix well and add chopped nuts.
Form into very small balls and put on a greased 15x10-inch or 14x16-inch baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar, if desired, while still hot. Cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
