Latin Hot Kisses

If you want a little more heat, use pepper-jack cheese.

For each "kiss:"
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 Tablespoons shredded Jack cheese
1 raw shrimp
1/2 slice bacon

Slice the pepper lengthwise through one side only. Spread open and remove seeds. Place cheese in the pepper, and lay the shrimp on top. Wrap with the 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpick. Place under broiler five to seven minutes, until bacon and shrimp are done.
