Marshmallow Treats

The kids can help. This is a great way to involve kids and make a Christmas memory.

1 bag caramels, unwrapped
1/2 can Eagle Brandy sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter
2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 bag marshmallows

In a saucepan, melt the caramels. Add condensed milk and butter and heat over low. Keep stirring to prevent burning. Once melted together, remove from heat.
Using a wooden skewer, dip individual marshmallows in the melted mixture and then roll in cereal. Place on waxed paper to set and store in a sealed plastic container.
