Comment on this recipe
1 can (16 ounces) whole-kernel corn, drained
1 can (16 ounces) cream-style corn
1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 small onion, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased 8x8-inch square casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
