Blueberry Cream Muffins

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
2 cups blueberries

Instructions

In a bowl, beat eggs, add sugar. Add oil and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add sour cream and flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 370 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
