Can be frozen. Thaw 1 hour before baking.
2 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
2 small (1/2 cup) onions, chopped fine
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup brick Parmesan cheese or pizza blend cheese or Italian blend cheese
3/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon tyme
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Mix and shape into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Makes about 38 spinach balls.
