Cranberry Salad

1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
1-3/4 cups boiling water
1 cup cranberries
1/2 of an orange with rind
1 cup sugar
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped nuts

Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved. Refrigerate until partially set. Put cranberries and orange through a food grinder or processor. Add sugar and let stand until gelatin is partially set. Combine gelatin, cranberry mixture, celery and nuts. Pour into a 1-1/2-quart mold. Refrigerate until completely set.
