Baked Eggplant

1 egg plant, about 2 pounds
2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup fine bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted

Peel skin and slice eggplant in half slices. Soak in 2 tablespoons salt water for 3 hours. Dry, then dip in flour. Beat eggs and salt together. Dip slices in eggs, then bread crumbs. Cover all over. Put on buttered 9x13-inch sheet pan. Spoon tablespoon margarine; cover egg plant. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
