Ground Beef Casserole

1-1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup rice (uncooked), minute rice or regular
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup soy sauce


Brown the meat, onions and celery. Cook slowly for 20 minutes. Cook rice. Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased 2-quart casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
