4 to 5 pounds chicken pieces or breasts
1 can (16 ounces) whole cranberry sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 bottle (8 ounces) French dressing or Western dressing (fat free)
Place chicken pieces in a 3-quart casserole. Mix cranberry sauce, soup mix and dressing well. Pour over chicken and marinate 1 or 2 hours, turning occasionally. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake uncovered for 1-1/2 hours.
