Cookies N Creme Fudge

3 packages (6 ounces each) white chocolate baking squares
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups (about 20 cookies) crushed Oreos.

Line 8x8-inch square baking pan with foil. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in crushed Oreos. Spread evenly in pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge upside down on cutting board. Peel foil and cut into squares. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
Makes about 2-1/2 pounds
