Overnight French Toast

1/2 cup margarine
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8-12 slices bread, to cover pan
8-9 eggs
Pinch salt
1-3/4 to 2 cups milk

In 9x13-inch pan, melt margarine in oven at 350 degrees. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over melted margarine. Layer bread in bottom of pan. Mix eggs, salt and milk. Pour over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, uncover. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. To serve, turn upside down on plate.
