Pecan Puffs

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans(chopped)
1 cup flour

Instructions

Beat butter until soft. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir pecans into flour and add to mixture. Roll into teaspoon-sized balls and put on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while cookies are still hot.Cool on waxed paper, then roll in powdered sugar again.
