Josh's Chocolate Mint Sticks

1/2 cup margarine
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
1/2 cup flour
Frosting:
2 tablespoons margarine-melted
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
4 drops green food coloring

Mix margarine, chocolate, eggs, sugar, peppermint flavor and flour and pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Beat together the frosting ingredients and spread over cooled cake. Cut into squares. Recipe may be doubled in a 9x13-inch pan.
