Fruited Chicken Salad

4 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
15-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon mustard
5-ounce can chow mein noodles
Lettuce leaves

Toss together the chicken, celery, oranges, olives, green pepper, onion and pineapple. Mix mayonnaise and mustard; stir into chicken mixture. Just before serving, stir in the chow mein noodles. Serve on lettuce leaves.
