Never-fail Pie Crust

Kentucky Pecan Pie uses just one pie crust.

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water

Instructions

In a bowl, stir together flour, salt and baking powder. Add oil and water; stir briskly until dough forms and leaves sides of bowl. Divide into two balls (for top and bottom crusts) and roll out between wax paper (use no more flour).
