No Bake Chocolate Ice Cream/Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

1 quart chocolate ice cream
3 cups Rice Krispies
2/3 cup peanut butter
Cool Whip topping
Shaved chocolate, optional

Instructions

Let ice cream sit out to soften slightly. In medium bowl, mix Rice Krispies and peanut butter well. Spread mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie plate. Add ice cream to fill and smooth the top.

Cover with foil or plastic wrap and place in freezer for 2 or 3 hours or until you want to serve it. A little Cool Whip and/or shaved chcolate can be spread on top just before serving if you like.
