Chet's Blue Cheese Dressing

A sweet-tangy dressing. Italian Gorgonzola or Roquefort may be substituted for the blue or Gorgonzola cheese.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
Splash of milk
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
4 to 6 ounces crumbled blue or Gorgonzola cheese
Salt and pepper, optional

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese until smooth. Add milk to thin to desired consistency. Stir in crumbled cheese. Add a touch of salt and and pepper if you choose.
