Cheese Bread

1/2 cup milk
Egg, beaten
1-1/2 cups Bisquick
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
1/4 cup melted margarine

Combine milk and egg. Add Bisquick, parsley, onion and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Mix and pour into a greased 8-inch round pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top of the batter. Pour melted margarine over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
