Lazy Beef Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound beef chunks, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
10-1/2-ounce can beef broth
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place meat and broth in a casserole dish; add seasonings and onion. Mix flour, bread crumbs and stir into liquid. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.
