Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
2 cups thawed frozen strawberries (do not drain)
4 eggs, beaten
1-1/4 cups cooking oil
1-1/4 chopped nuts

Instructions

Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar together. In a large bowl, mix strawberries, eggs, oil and nuts. Stir in flour mixture just until well-blended. Grease and flour 2 9x5-inch loaf pans. Pour in batter, smoothing top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pans 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool on rack. For 4 small loaves, decrease baking time to 50 minutes.
