Pina Colada Slush

Ingredients

1 48-ounce can Unsweetened pineapple juice
2 6-ounce cans Frozen Lemonade
3 cans Water (I use the lemonade cans)
2 16-ounce cans Cream of Coconut (Coco Casa works best)
2 cups Light Rum

Instructions

Mix well and freeze in plastic container with lid. Should be frozen for at least 1 day. Take out of freezer about 30 minutes before serving. Put slush into glasses 3/4 full, then add 7 up.

Richard Evans, John Harris, George Crampton and William Getz, all of Moline, Charles Roberts, Rock Island, and Charles Johnson, of Hampton.
