Popcorn Crunch

1 cup melted butter
1 cup honey
6 quarts popped popcorn
1 or 2 cups peanuts

Blend butter and honey in medium saucepan, heat until well blended. Pour over popcorn mixed with peanuts. Mix well. Spread on 2 cookie sheets in thin layers. (I line cookie sheets with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.) Bake at 350 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes until crisp. Store in airtight container when cooled. (If it makes it that far.)
