Macaroni and Cheese

8-ounce package elbow macaroni
3 eggs
1-1/4 cups milk
1-1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together the eggs, milk, both cheeses, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in macaroni and mix well. Place mixture in lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8.
