Cinnamon Apple Crisp

8 cups sliced, peeled tart apples (Granny Smith)
1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1 1/4 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup butter

Place apples in 13x9x2 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Approximately 10 servings.
