Delicious Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 egg yolks
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

Mix butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Mix flour, cream of tartar and soda. Add to cream mixture. Form into small balls.

Bake in slow oven--300 degrees. 12-15 minutes.
