Beef-N-Cheddar Biscuits

2 4-1/2-ounce tubes refrigerated biscuits
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Place 1 biscuit each in a 12 greased muffin tins. Press firmly onto the bottom and up the sides. Combine the cooked beef and barbecue sauce. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons into each cup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15-18 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted. Serves 12.
