Diabetic Gingerbread Cookies

8-ounce sugar free yellow cake mix
1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons sugar free maple flavored syrup
2 teaspoons water

Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets. Combine cake mix, ginger and nutmeg in small bowl. Stir to mix. Beat in maple syrup and water. Drop by teaspoonsful about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Makes 30 cookies.
