Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup margarine, melted

Instructions

Mix sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, 1/2 stick melted margarine, salt, vanilla and milk. Place into greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Mix brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, pecans, and 1/3 cup melted margarine. Place on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 250 degrees for 35 minutes.
