Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
16-ounce package frozen French-cut green beans, thawed
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspon dried oregano
1 cup reduced-fat Italian salad dressing

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, beans, water chestnuts,onion, basil and oregano. Toss with salad dressing. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
