Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients

8 potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
1 pound American cheese, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup green onions,chopped
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound bacon, chopped and half fried
1/4 cup stuffed olives
Cooking spray

Instructions

Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, celery, green pepper, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray and spread potato mixture evenly in pan. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
