Cranberry Relish

Makes 1 quart.

4 cups fresh cranberries, ground
2 tart cooking apples, peeled, cored and ground
1 orange, unpeeled, seeded and ground
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2-3 drops red food coloring

Combine cranberries, apples and orange, mixing well. Add sugar, walnuts and food coloring, stirring until blended. Chill. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
