Chip Dip

12 to 16 ounces cottage cheese
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons celery, diced
3 tablespoons onion, chopped (or 1 tablespoon Instant Onion soup mix)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons chives, chopped

Cream together the cottage and cream cheeses. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. Great with chips and vegetables.
