Spinach Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
12-ounce package Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup flour

Instructions

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and squeeze out excess water. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach with remaining ingredients. Pour into a 7x11x1 1/2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; cut into 1/2-inch squares. Yields 24 squares.
