Sue's Famous Goulash

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion
1 green bell pepper
8 ounces pasta (rotini, bowtie, elbows or shells)
10-ounce can Rotel brand tomatoes with green chilies
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup water
Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

Brown beef with onions and green peppers in a large skillet. Drain the grease. While cooking the beef, also cook the noodles according to package directions; drain. Add the noodles to the ground beef; add tomatoes and sauce. Add water, salt and pepper. Cook until hot and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Serve with a vegetable and rolls.
