Butterscotch Pecan Cookies

I first tried this recipe because it was easy. Now, I make it because it is so good.


1 package butter recipe cake mix
1 3.4-ounce package butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans


Heat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, flour, oil and egg; mix well. Stir in pecans. Roll tablespoonfuls into balls and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes. Remove to rack.
