Potato Chip Cookies

This is a favorite of mine and so yummy!

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup crushed potato chips
Powdered sugar

Instructions

Cream sugar, butter and add flour, nuts and potato chips. Make small round balls of dough and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each ball with fork tines dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove to cooling rack and sprinkle cookies with powdered sugar.

1988 -- 25 years ago: William G. Lawrence, first administrative director, has retired fromPECO Enterprises, Inc. Prior to his service at PECO, Mr. Lawrence was the civilianpersonnel officer at the Rock Island Arsenal.
