Aunt Sharron's Apple Pie (Sugarless)

Ingredients

3 tablespoons cornstarch
8 ounces frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
4 cups golden delicious apples, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 9-inch pie crusts

Instructions

In a small saucepan, dissolve cornstarch with apple juice. Heat over medium flame, stirring until mixture is thickened. Place apple slices in a large bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour thickened apple juice over apples and stir so all apples are coated. Spoon into pie crust. Top with second crust. Make slits on top. Lightly sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 more minutes. Cool before cutting.
