Devil's Island Eggs

6 hard-boiled eggs
2 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Pimento and parsley, optional
Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and mash. Add bacon and dressing to yolks and mix well. Refill egg whites.
Garnish with pimento and parsley if desired.
