Very Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients: 3 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups mashed bananas
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3-1/2 cups flour
Instructions: Cream sugar, eggs and mashed bananas. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order given. Grease and flour either 2 large loaf pans or 7 small loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees. Makes 2 large loaves or 7 small loaves.
