1 chocolate cake mix
2/3 cup melted butter
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup white Karo Syrup
1 package (12 ounces) chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Maraschino cherries (optional)
Mix cake mix, melted butter and egg and pat into a 15-1/2x10-1/2-inch pan (a jelly roll pan works great). Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until puffy.
Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Bake 5 minutes longer.
Combine syrup, chocolate chips and butter and melt on top of stove. Add vanilla.
Pour over marshmallows. You can decorate with maraschino cherries.
