Hot Turkey and Dressing Sandwiches

1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 can (20 0z.) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups stuffing cubes
1-1/2 lbs. turkey, cooked and cut up

Saute onions in butter. Add the soup, broth and stuffing cubes, and stir over medium heat for a few minutes. Stir in the turkey. Put in a Crock Pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve on buns of your choice.
